Meet the independent seller, Harold Zegarra
Born in Peru my fondest memories are spending time on the mountains where my grandma taught me how to cook.I started my career in Culinary in high school, competing and participating in programs such as Future farmers of America. I got my lucky break in NYC where I was lucky enough to cook at Michelin Star restaurants. I decided to come to Miami to start my own restaurants and enhance the Miami fine dining experience.
SOBU's mission is to deliver the most incredible steak experiences in the world. It was created by Chef Zegarra after backpacking across Latin America and experiencing the different ways to present steak and decided he wanted to being these different experiences to Miami, FL.
