4. 1 tablespoon Kashmiri Chilli Powder sub with 1/2 tbsp paprika + 5. 1/2 tbsp cayenne
6. 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder
7. 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
8. 1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger Garlic Paste
9. 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
10. 1 teaspoon Salt
11. 1 tablespoon Oil
12. 1 tablespoon Butter
13. 1 inch Cinnamon
14. 2 Green Cardamom Pods
15. 3 Cloves
16. 5 Kashmiri Red Chillies
17. 6 Garlic Cloves
18. 1 Onion roughly chopped
19. 7 – 8 Tomatoes roughly chopped (or 1 (15-ounce) can canned diced tomatoes)
20. 1/4 cup Cashew Nuts
21. 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Powder
22. 2 tablespoons Ketchup
23. 1 tablespoons Kasuri Methi dried fenugreek leaves
24. Salt to taste
25. 3-4 tablespoons Fresh Cream
